HOLDING DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Rosemount Car Company we fully appreciate that many of our potential clients can live quite a distance away, or cannot attend the business as early as they would like to to view a particular vehicle and conclude a sale. 

Thus far we offer a holding deposit service with very simple terms and conditions which can be found below: 

1) A £300 deposit is applicable to all vehicles up to the value of £14,995. 

2) A £500 deposit is applicable to all vehicles retailing at any price over £14,995. 

3) We are happy to hold vehicles for up to a week in typical circumstances, however this can be tailored individually upon speaking to a member of management. 

4) All holding deposits are fully refundable ONLY on the basis that the client physically attends our premises and finds the car not to be exactly as described by our advertisement and description by staff. 

5) All deposits will be forfeited to cover costs and potential loss of other sales should someone wish to cancel simply to due a change of mind or change of circumstances. 

We request all our customers be 100% happy with all of the above prior to transferring any monies whatsoever.
