Pretty sure I won't ever be buying a car from anywhere else. Andrew makes an almost unhinged amount of effort to deliver a service I simply have not encountered before in many years of car buying. The attention to detail in presentation of the vehicle was superb. 99 excellent quality Images to show the car in its entirety, warts n'all, nothing hidden, just absolutely honest pictures. Once drawn in with the images, the actual vehicle proved to be just as described, absolutely immaculate. Everything that Andrew does has been curated to be the best it possibly can be, the service is second to none, which is his goal. Such a pleasure to deal with, no salesman nonsense, just totally clear and precise information. Buying a car is a big deal, and can be awful, the industry has plenty of rogues. I've been very, very impressed with how Rosemount conduct business, and, when the time comes, I will be returning to buy my next car from Andrew, and that's saying something, he's 350 miles away. What can I say and where do I begin. People by cars for many reason, often with your head or on this occasion with my heart. I’d been looking for a 2.5 Porsche Boxster for sometime and what a beautiful car I found at Andrew’s Rosemount dealership and what a gent he is. Being in my senior years I have a lot of experience of car dealers, both good and bad and without doubt my experience with Rosemount was the best I have ever had. As a natural sceptic I took the description in the advert with a pinch of salt, I'd heard it all before, "Immaculate inside and out", " you will never find another one like this". Hands up, everything in the ad was on point and 100% accurate. From my first telephone conversation with Andrew it was clear he was passionate about cars and had excellent knowledge of the car I was interested in. I had previously owned three of the same marque, so I knew what I was looking for and was impressed enough with Andrew's detailed description of the car to arrange a viewing. Meeting Andrew to view the car was an absolute pleasure, I was afforded all the time I wanted to scrutinise the car which was everything that had been detailed in the advert. The car was presented in what can only be described as pristine condition, as were the other cars in the showroom to be fair. We then spent over an hour chatting about our mutual love of cars and experiences of the particular make and model I was viewing, Andrew really can't hide his passion and for the most part it was more like a car club meet. At no time did I feel under any pressure to buy the car, or was ever asked if I was going to buy it. Class. I did buy the car as it was everything I was looking for and matched perfectly the description I had seen in the original advert. He was right, I would never find one as good anywhere. During the buying process Andrew went above and beyond to make my experience of buying a car from Rosemount a stress free pleasure which I really appreciate and I genuinely hope he continues to prosper.
