A fantastic service and attention to detail from start to finish. Andy could not have been more helpful, intuitive and knowledgeable about his craft and expert knowledge regarding his vehicles. Truly customer first at all times, always putting them before his own needs. Very chatty and amenable, but professional at all times. I just bought my first car from Rosemount this week, and I have to say the amount of effort and care he put in was so lovely. Everything was super easy and the owner knew everything about the car, and he was obviously very passionate about doing a great job for customers and making us feel happy and comfortable with our purchase. What can we say about Rosemount car company. Andy was absolutely fantastic start to finish. Seen they had an M4 competition for sale and I always wanted one as it was my dream car. I cannot overstate enough how honest and straight to the point these guys are. With something as expensive as a car you are always going to worry that the car is mechanically sound. Andy put all that doubt to bed and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly Had the car for about a month now and it’s running like a dream Will DEFINITELY be using these guys again. Pretty sure I won't ever be buying a car from anywhere else. Andrew makes an almost unhinged amount of effort to deliver a service I simply have not encountered before in many years of car buying. The attention to detail in presentation of the vehicle was superb. 99 excellent quality Images to show the car in its entirety, warts n'all, nothing hidden, just absolutely honest pictures. Once drawn in with the images, the actual vehicle proved to be just as described, absolutely immaculate. Everything that Andrew does has been curated to be the best it possibly can be, the service is second to none, which is his goal. Such a pleasure to deal with, no salesman nonsense, just totally clear and precise information. Buying a car is a big deal, and can be awful, the industry has plenty of rogues. What can I say and where do I begin. People by cars for many reason, often with your head or on this occasion with my heart. I’d been looking for a 2.5 Porsche Boxster for sometime and what a beautiful car I found at Andrew’s Rosemount dealership and what a gent he is. Someone with real passion for cars and not just wanting to sell you a car but an experience. From his polite exchange over the phone to making the whole experience a joy.
