Being in my senior years I have a lot of experience of car dealers, both good and bad and without doubt my experience with Rosemount was the best I have ever had. As a natural sceptic I took the description in the advert with a pinch of salt, I'd heard it all before, "Immaculate inside and out", " you will never find another one like this". Hands up, everything in the ad was on point and 100% accurate. From my first telephone conversation with Andrew it was clear he was passionate about cars and had excellent knowledge of the car I was interested in. I had previously owned three of the same marque, so I knew what I was looking for and was impressed enough with Andrew's detailed description of the car to arrange a viewing. Meeting Andrew to view the car was an absolute pleasure, I was afforded all the time I wanted to scrutinise the car which was everything that had been detailed in the advert. The car was presented in what can only be described as pristine condition, as were the other cars in the showroom to be fair. We then spent over an hour chatting about our mutual love of cars and experiences of the particular make and model I was viewing, Andrew really can't hide his passion and for the most part it was more like a car club meet. At no time did I feel under any pressure to buy the car, or was ever asked if I was going to buy it. Class. I did buy the car as it was everything I was looking for and matched perfectly the description I had seen in the original advert. He was right, I would never find one as good anywhere. During the buying process Andrew went above and beyond to make my experience of buying a car from Rosemount a stress free pleasure which I really appreciate and I genuinely hope he continues to prosper. The used car dealership world needs more Andrews, his attention to detail, communication and drive to achieve customer satisfaction has been a breath of fresh air. Take a bow Andrew and thank you.

From the first time speaking with Andy over the phone(while on holiday) until this very day the service I’ve received is outstanding! Andy goes above and beyond in every aspect. Fantastic experience purchasing my first Porsche from Andrew at Rosemount Car Company. This was a 12 year old car but such was its condition, I felt like I was driving a new car home. If you cant tell by the 100 photos and detailed description along with the cars, Andrew is a very meticulous dealer and he goes miles beyond what any other dealer would do for their customers. The car I bought is in fantastic condition for an almost 10 year old car and feels brand new inside and out. Will definetly be recommending Rosemount car company to anyone that needs a new car.

Unbelievable service. Start to finish was excellent. I have never bought a car that wasn’t from a main dealer and the car I bought was a BMW 8 series so I was concerned about spending that sort of money at a smaller dealer. A professional approach with the personal touch from Andrew, who was a joy to deal with and still is. Any little issues he is there to resolve even messaging when he was on holiday. Two months later he is still taking my calls on any questions. Can’t recommend this place enough. If I need a car in the future I will go see them for sure.

The service was amazing! The car was better than the 90 odd photos and perfectly written detailed description. The dealer was 110% a people person and would go above and beyond to help me get this car. He was actually due to go on holiday the day after I got the car.
